Ethan Hildesheim, a high school senior from San Marcos, California, has committed to swim for Division I University of California at San Diego. Hildesheim will graduate from Mission Hills High School in spring 2021 join the Triton’s class of 2025.
Hildesheim currently swims for Rancho San Dieguito where he is a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American. At the 2019 CIF San Diego Section, he placed 2nd in the 100 breaststroke (56.54) and 3rd in the 200 freestyle (1:42.64).
Hildesheim is a Futures and Junior Nationals qualifier as well.

At the MPSF Championships with the Tritons, Hildesheim would have placed 15th in the 100 breaststroke (55.43) and 16th in the 200 breaststroke (2:01.99) with his current best times.

At the MPSF Championships, the Tritons’ placed 4th as a team. Twenty-eight team members were CSCAA Scholar All-Americans and the team was given a CSCAA Scholar All-American rank.
