U.S. Trials Doppia Qualifica Per Katie Trace E Autumn Haebig-Risultati

2021 U.S. OLYMPIC SWIMMING TRIALS

La seconda sessione di finali dei Trials Olimpici  U.S. Wave I si è svolta questa notte.

Il programma prevede le finali maschili e femminili dei 200 stile libero, 100 rana, e 400m misti.

Promemoria: I primi due finisher in ogni finale A accederanno alla Wave II che inizierà la prossima settimana.

Autumn Haebig del Nebraska dopo aver vinto i 100 metri dorso nel primo giorno ha conquistato l’argento nei 200 stile libero femminili, gara nella quale ha nuotato il suo personal best di sempre durante le batterie. Un’altra nuotatrice in evidenza durante questi primi giorni di Trials è Katie Trace. Trace ha vinto i 200 metri farfalla femminili nel primo giorno in una gara incredibilmente combattuta, e, nei 400 metri misti questa notte, ha conquistato il suo secondo pass per la Wave II.

Doppio pass anche per il 17enne Patrick Sammon. Dopo aver vinto i 100 stile libero maschili, porta a casa l’argento nei 200.
