Il 16enne Jacob Whittle Record 100 Stile A Glasgow-Risultati Batterie Day3

2021 BRITISH SWIMMING GLASGOW MEET

Jacob Whittle a 16 anni ha già assicurato il suo posto nel roster olimpico britannico per Tokyo. Qui a Glasgow, come altri suoi compagni di squadra, sta testando la sua preparazione in vista delle Olimpiadi, approfittando del programma che ricalca quello dei Giochi, con le batterie di sera e le finali il mattino seguente.

Nelle batterie del terzo giorno, Jacob Whittle ha prodotto il tempo più veloce nei 100 metri stile libero maschili, 48.75. Il crono è un centesimo più basso rispetto il suo personal best di sempre di 48.76, realizzato durante i Trials Britannici di Aprile, grazie al quale conquistò la convocazione per Tokyo.
