The campaign slogan, “Be a Fan of Special Olympics” serves to promote the national program and raise money.  Plantation Swim Coach Jimmy Parmenter remarked about how proud the team is of her success and celebrity. Gina won two bronze medals representing the United States in September at the INAS Paralympic Global Games in Quito, Ecuador.   “She’s such a delight to work with.  It’s a privilege having her on our team,” said Coach Parmenter.
