8×125 IM: (Rest 15 seconds after each one)
1-4 do a 50 fly at the beginning
5-8 do a 50 free at the end
10×50 @ 1:10 breath control you can take no more then 4 breaths per 50
4×50 @ 1:30 Fly all out race
