The top 11-14 year old swimmers from Minnesota gathered in Minneapolis last weekend for a state meet. Leading the way was Elliot Leasure of Rochester Swim Club as he swam the #2 13-14 100 and 200 backstrokes all-time.
Leasure dropped over a second and a half in the 100 backstroke to win the 13-140 title in a 47.71. Leasure has dropped over two and a half seconds in the event in the last year as his best time a year ago was a 50.34.
