Diver Aiden Sadler Transferring From Georgia To Indiana

Aiden Sadler has announced he will join the Indiana Hoosiers for the upcoming season. Sadler spent one year with Georgia.

The Bogart, Georgia native did not compete for the Bulldogs this past season. He did not compete from August 2024-March 2025 when he made his return competing “Unattached” at the Wendy Wyland Memorial Invitational in Fort Lauderdale.

He most recently competed at US Diving Nationals in May, finishing 10th in the 1 meter (315.60 points) and 20th in the 3 meter (311.95 points).

Sadler went to North Oconee High School and competed for Georgia Diving Club. He notably was 2nd on the syncrhonized 3 meter and 14th in the 1 meter at 2024 US Diving Junior Nationals last August.

The Indiana men are home to one of the top diving programs in the country, under guidance from head coach Drew Johansen. This past season, the Indiana men captured the 2025 Big Ten title and went on to finish 3rd at the 2025 NCAA Championships.

The team was led by its divers as Carson Tyler and Quentin Henniger both scored 49 individual points at 2025 NCAAs. Tyler won the 3 meter and platform events while Henniger won the 1 meter. Both Tyler and Henniger just finished their senior seasons so the team will be in search of other divers to step up this upcoming season.

Also set to arrive this fall is the #1 ranked diver in the high school class of 2025 Joshua Hedberg. Highlighting the swimming side of the high school class of 2025 are #4 Luke Ellis, #6 Josh Bey, and #18 Noah Cakir. Also set to join the team as a transfer is US Olympian Aaron Shackell.
