Rice’s Rachel Moody was named Swimmer of the Week after breaking the school 100 breast record at the Houston Quad. North Texas senior Catherine Johnson was named Diver of the Week.

Drexel sophomores Kyle Lukens and David Sanchez were honored for the men, while Towson senior Kaitlin Burke and Northeastern senior Candace Young won for the women.

Tennessee’s senior day celebration produced two senior SEC Swimmers of the Week. The Vols’ Lindsay Gendron won for the women while rival Florida got a men’s award for Brad deBorde.

Tickets for the 2014 American Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships are now on sale for the meet which runs from Feb. 19 – 22 at Ralph Wright Natatorium in Louisville, Ky.
