CAL’s Strength and Conditioning coach Nick Folker finishes up his discussions about AQUATIC STRENGTH. He discusses some of the post-grads currently training at UC Berkeley. Nick tells us just where and what is the future of Strength and Conditioning in the sport of swimming, not only at the elite level, but age-group swimming as well. He concludes with his perspective of the “DREAM TEAM” 400 Freestyle Relay…Enjoy!
