Douglass now holds three individual SCM World Records, all coming in different strokes (the 100 free, 200 breast, and 200 IM).
Kaylee McKeown Earns New World Record With 1:57.87 200 Backstroke
McKeown had a huge split on the 3rd 50 and out touched Regan Smith in the win. The previous record was a 1:58.04 set by Smith last December.
Ilya Kharun Breaks Own US Open Record With 21.69 50 Butterfly
Kharun was 0.02 off his lifetime best that he swam for silver last December at the 2024 SCM World Championships.
Luke Hobson Breaks Own US Open Record With 1:40.62 200 Freestyle
Hobson broke his own record that he set just a week ago. He holds the World Record in the event with a 1:38.61 from 2024 SCM Worlds.
Hubert Kos Swims New US Open, World Cup Series Records With 48.78 100 Backstroke
Kos broke the previous World Cup Series record held by Shaine Casas while the US Open Record was held by Matt Grevers.
Regan Smith Swims New American Record With 1:57.91 200 Backstroke
Smith missed keeping the World Record in her name by just 0.04 seconds as Australia’s Kaylee McKeown earned the win.
Lani Pallister Posts #2 Performance All-Time In Women’s 1500 Freestyle, Only Behind Ledecky
Pallister broke her own Australian Record by eight seconds and also broke the US Open record previously set by Katie Grimes.

Ella Dyson won the women’s 5000 free event and helped the Rice women to a 2000 free relay win as well.

Walsh has been faster than the previous World Record of a 24.38 eight times and could add a ninth time tonight in Westmont.
