The American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) has unveiled a major update to the Russell Mark Video Library, transforming it into an invaluable resource and teaching tool for coaches.

Russell, an internationally renowned stroke technique expert who has a stellar track record for helping elite athletes win on the world stage, has carefully curated over 70 videos of strokes, starts, turns, underwaters, and drills. This library, available for ASCA members at www.swimmingcoach.org/techlibrary, is the ultimate go-to destination for coaches seeking an easy-to-use teaching tool for athletes of all ages.

Coaches who have used this library in the past will notice the library has received a significant technological facelift. Coaches can now seamlessly access the videos on their computers or mobile devices, making it convenient to incorporate these resources into their coaching regimen. The videos can easily be played fullscreen, will automatically repeat, and coaches can control the playback speed (on mobile only). Whether coaches are poolside or on the go, Russell Mark‘s expertise is just a click away.

The videos include world class athletes through young age groupers who are still learning proper technique. These are the same videos Russell uses in his talks and when working with athletes. The drills videos include such well known coaches as Braden Holloway of NC State, Ken Heis of the Mason Manta Rays, and Todd DeSorbo of University of Virginia. Russell offers his commentary on what to look for in each of the videos.

Full access to this incredible resource is included in ASCA membership along with many other membership benefits. Coaches can join ASCA for $109 annually or less using multi-year discounts or teams registrations. Questions on membership options can be directed to [email protected].
