DURHAM, N.H. — Senior captain Audrey Mahoney (Downers Grove, Ill.), junior captain Grace Mahon (Orange, Conn.) and junior Emily Loren Wright (Ventura, Calif.) combined for seven individual wins and sparked key relay performances to lead the UNH swimming and diving team to Monday afternoon’s 188–112 victory against Rhode Island at Swasey Pool.
•Mahoney — Two sprint victories: 50 free (23.43 seconds) and 100 free (51.46), plus relay contributions.
•Mahon — Swept butterfly events: 200 fly (2:04.10) and 100 fly (56.01).
•Wright — Three wins: 100 breast (1:05.52), 200 breast (2:22.51), and 400 IM (4:36.07).
•Sophomore Amelia Labno (Rosemount, Minn.) — Backstroke double: 100 back (58.76) and 200 back (2:06.25).
•Sophomore Lydia Hart (Cornwall, Ontario) — Distance dominance: 1650 free (17:09.65) and 500 free (5:00.91).
•200-medley relay — UNH opened with a 200-medley relay win (1:45.65) with the team of Labno, Wright, Mahon and Mahoney.
Diving
•Junior Grace Blume (Dedham, Mass.) placed second on 1-meter (266.18) and third on 3-meter (275.10).

•Hart led a 1-2 finish with senior captain Carolyn Nelson (Glen Ellyn, Ill.) second in 17:55.66; sophomore Marisa White (Apex, N.C.) was fourth.
200 Free
•Junior Sydney Leblic (Madrid, Spain) took second (1:55.20), followed by sophomore Teagen Jeffers (Bedford, N.H.) in fourth and freshman Miriam Youel (West Hartford, Conn.) fifth.
100 Back
•Labno won in 58.76, with Izzie Campion (Auckland, New Zealand) second and freshman Kelsey Mayers (Waxhaw, N.C.) third for a sweep.
100 Breast
•Wright claimed first in 1:05.52.
200 Fly
•Mahon led a 1-3-4 finish with senior Caitlin Mason (Charleston, S.C.) and Maddie Serfass (Hershey, Pa.) close behind.

•Mahoney sprinted to first in 23.43; freshman Madeline Chen (California, Md.) was second.
100 Free
•Mahoney doubled with a 51.46 win; Jeffers and Chen placed second and fourth.
200 Back
•Labno, Mayers, and Campion swept the top three spots.

•Wright won again; freshmen Duana Lama (Kathmandu, Nepal) and Leyla Oversluizen (Zwijndrecht, Netherlands) added third and fifth.

•Hart took first in 5:00.91; Leblic was runner-up.
100 Fly
•Mahon won in 56.01; Mason and Mayers followed in third and fourth.
400 IM
•Wright led a 1-2-3 sweep with Serfass and sophomore Lily Jackson-Oates (Redhill, England).
200 Free Relay
•Mahoney, Mahon, Jeffers, and Leblic finished second in 1:37.43.
Senior Olivia Winslow won both diving events and freshman Molly Beckwith added a victory in the 200-yard freestyle, but it was not enough for Rhode Island, which fell 188-112 at New Hampshire Monday afternoon.
Winslow remained unbeaten in the 1-meter dive this season. Her scored of 282.98 was well ahead of the field. Teammates Kelsey Kreuscher (242.85) and Emily Whiteneck (230.25) placed third and fourth in the event, respectively for the Rams.
Winslow and Whiteneck placed first and second, respectively, in the 3-meter dive. Winslow won with a score of 306.15, while Whiteneck added a score of 279.00. Kreuscher was fourth in the event with a score of 259.88.
Beckwith’s victory in the 200-yard freestyle was the lone individual swimming race win for the Rams. She finished in a time of 1:55.04 to hold off New Hampshire’s Sydney Leblic Garcia (1:55.20). Rhody’s Rylee Kelly added a third-place finish for URI in the event with her time of 1:55.42. Beckwith later added a second-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly.
Standouts from the Pool
- Rhode Island’s team of Avery Potyrala, Lily Mair, Molly Beckwith and Abby Zadorozny won the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:36.93, finishing .5 seconds ahead of New Hampshire.
- The Rams took three of the top four spots in the 100-yard breaststroke. While UNH’s Emily Wright won the event, Maddy Deeney, Logan Norrid and Carolyn Wanosik took spots two, three and four, respectively.
- Juliana Tyler has a second-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly, while Matilde Leal did the same in the 200-yard backstroke.
- New Hampshire won 12 of the 16 events.
- The Wildcats took the top two spots in four different races, and the top three spots in three more events.
