Welcome to day 3 of the 2025 European SC Championships! Like yesterday morning’s session, this one should clock in at about 2 hours as well.

The men’s 100 fly will see European Record holder Noe Ponti in action. Ponti is the Championship Record holder as well, and he comes in well under that mark this morning with his ER time of 47.71. Moreover, Ponti is just 0.03 seconds off the World Record in this event, so we could see him become the fastest swimmer in history here in Lublin either today or tomorrow.

World Record holder Caspar Corbeau will be taking on the field in the men’s 200 breast. Corbeau is the top seed coming in by 2 seconds, and he’s the only swimmer in the field to have been under 2:00 before.

He swam it at the Euro Juniors in 2017, where he came 7th. He won Gold there in the 2IM, and silver in the 4IM.
