The 2025-2026 edition was held October 17-18, where NC State won over the University of Georgia in the final. NC State and Georgia are both participating in the College Swimming League instead this season.

The 2026 format will have all eight teams participate in the opening round, with the winners advancing to the winners’ bracket and the losers moving into a consolation bracket. Then the semifinals in each bracket will move teams into either the championship, or 3rd, 5th, and 7th place meets. That means each team will have three total dual meets.

This meet, along with the CSCAA’s mid-season tournament (not yet announced) and the College Swimming League, is part of a wave of focus on meaningful dual meet tournaments sweeping across college swimming.
