MANSFIELD, Mass. – Southern Connecticut standout swimmer Justice Glasgow has been named the Northeast-10 Swimmer of the Year and Head Coach Tim Quill has been named the NE10 Women’s Swimming Coach of the Year, as announced by the conference on Thursday, Mar. 27.
This is the third straight season Glasgow has been named the conference’s Swimmer of the Year – the past two season she was the Co-Swimmer of the Year. Earlier this month, Glasgow was named a First Team All-American after finishing fifth in the 100 Yard Butterfly with a time of 54.11 at the NCAA Division II Championships. This time also broke NE10 and school records in the event. She won her fourth straight NE10 100 Butterfly Championship along with gold in the 200 Freestyle Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay, 200 Medley Relay, and 400 Medley Relay, and medaled in two other events. The past two years she earned All-American Honorable Mention honors after finishing 10th in the 100 Fly at the NCAA Division II Championships. Throughout her career she has won the four NE10 100 Butterfly Championships, four 200 Medley Relay Championships, three 400 Medley Relay Championships, three 200 Free Relay Championships, and two 400 Free Relay Championships.
This is Quill’s third straight season and 15th season overall that he has been named the NE10 Women’s Swimming Coach of the Year. He has led the Owls to 34 combined NE10 titles, and most recently led both teams to winning the 2025 Northeast-10 Conference Championships for the 14th time the program has swept the championships. For the past two seasons, he has led the women’s team to big wins amassing over 1,000 points in the championships. Prior to Southern competing in the NE10, Quill was a six-time Metropolitan Conference Coach of the Year.
