Yesterday on Twitter, Abbey Weitzeil posted a video of her and some fellow Olympians swimming around the Georgia Tech Pool.

The video depicts Weitzeil, Leah Smith, Elizabeth Beisel, and Dana Vollmer having a great time playing around underwater. The women are wearing fins most of the time, and some of the most impressive bubble rings I have ever seen are featured at the beginning of the video.
Lia Neal makes a cameo appearance in the video, as she dances on deck for the camera for a short moment.
The US Olympic Team is now training at Georgia Tech’s McAuley Aquatic Center after previously training in San Antonio. The team arrived in Atlanta on Thursday, and this will be their last stop before they head to Rio.
The swimmers also have the chance to swim at an outdoor pool on Emory University’s campus where Ryan Lochte has been spotted.
In San Antonio, there was an open practice in which 4,500 people attended, and in Atlanta there will be a similar opportunity for swimming fans. Only 1,500 people will be permitted to enter the Aquatic Center on a first-come, first-serve basis, and tickets will be free to the public.
If you’re in the Atlanta area you can be one of the lucky ones to see a Team USA practice, and rumor is that there may even be some off-the-block 100s from the men’s team.
I liked it but genuinely miss Caitlin Leverenz and her “Call Me Maybe” production.
It’s too bad she took an extra stroke 🙁
Agree.
