In the midst of his first NCAA Championships, UVA freshman Thomas Heilman took a bit of time to speak with the media. He discussed many topics, including training at Virginia and how lifting in the weight room for the first time in his career has impacted him. He was also candid about his mental state after losing his mother last month to cancer.
