Jonny Kulow on Winning 200 Medley Relay: “I’ve been on the other end of it for three years now”

2026 NCAA Division I Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships

After coming up short for the last 3 seasons in the 200 medley relay, Jonny Kulow touched first last night to kick things off for ASU. Kulow, a senior, has anchored the 200 medley relay all four of his seasons for ASU at the NCAA Championships, but the Sun Devils have never managed to win the event, though they’ve always been in the running. Kulow expressed his gratitude and excitement in the media room after the quartet of Adam Chaney, Andy Dobrzanski, Ilya Kharun, and Kulow got the job done this time around.
