Alex Peña:
Alex was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He grew up swimming for Highlander Aquatic Club, before continuing his career for his high school team at Lake Highland Prep. During his junior year of high school he was state runner up in the 500 free along with being a three time Academic All American. Alex is a part of the distance group at Duke where he trains incredibly hard for the 200 free, 500 free and the mile.
Club:
Alex was a part of Highlander Aquatic Club where he swam for Mike Curley.
Personal:
Alex is a part of the pre-medicine program at Duke where he is unsure of what he is majoring in, but knows he wants to attend medical school after graduation.
