In November, Endom competed at the Louisiana DI State Championships in the 100 back and 200 IM. The Jesuit High School senior won both events, and swam on two relays for his team. He won the 200 breast and 400 IM, was runner-up in the 200 IM and 200 fly, and finished 3rd in the 100 breast and 14th in the 200 fly. He went best times in both breaststroke events, the 200 fly, and the 400 IM. His 200 butterfly time was a 2019 Junior Nationals qualifying time.
