Fitter and Faster Swim Clinics is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.

Anna Ogren, a current high school junior from Rochester, Minnesota, has committed to swim for the University of Alabama under coach Coley Stickels. Ogren will graduate from John Marshall High School in May 2021 and join Alabama’s class of 2025.

Ogren is a current year-round swimmer for Rochester Swim Club. She was a finalist at West Speedo Winter Junior Nationals in the 200 butterfly where she placed 8th. Ogren is also a USA Swimming All-American.

“I am beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and swimming career at the University of Alabama!! Roll Tide🔴⚪🐘

With her current best times, Ogren would have placed just outside of scoring finals at Alabama’s Southeastern Conference Championships this year. At the SEC this year, Alabama placed 11th as a team.

Ogren will begin her swimming career at the University of Alabama beginning fall 2021.
