In the third and final installment of Florida International University’s Dual-a-Palooza, the Rice Owls and FIU Panthers repeated their wins in the morning, but traded opponents. . The meet features four teams (FIU, Rice, FAU, Miami-Fla) that compete simultaneously in three separate sessions. Scoring is in a straight head-to-head dual meet format.
The Panthers won 10 of the 12 events that were contested, taking their victory over in-conference rival Rice 133-90.
Kyna Pereira (above) already had an immediate impact for FIU on Saturday.
