After busting out a new NAG Record in the 100 fly, 14-year-old Regan Smith wasn’t done just yet. She turned around to race in the 100 back at the end of the session, tearing through the water on her way to a 51.70 to take another top seed for finals
The men’s 50 free will feature Ryan Hoffer, who ripped an incredible 18.88 this morning.
On the women’s side, 14-year-old Regan Smith put up a highlight swim with her 1:59.13 to set herself up as the top seed for finals, just a nail ahead of Chloe Clark (1:59.16).
