Reece Whitley cut over 5 seconds off his best time, racing to a 3:48.93 to take top seed for the men’s 400 IM. That time puts Whitley just outside of the top 10 all-time 15-16 boys.
Despite trailing Nicolas Albiero at the halfway point, Reece Whitley burst into the lead with his 29.53 breaststroke split on the was to a 1:43.93 victory in the 200 IM.
