Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.

Dylan Weisenauer, a current high school senior from Fremont, Ohio, has committed to swim for Division II Ashland University. Weisenauer will graduate from Fremont Ross High School in spring 2020 and join the Eagles’ class of 2024.

Weisenauer is currently a year-round swimmer for Sand Otter Swimming, where he specializes mainly in middle distance freestyle events.

In response to why he chose Ashland University, Weisenauer said, “Ashland was close to home, and I loved the campus as well as everyone there!”

With his current best times, Weisenauer would have had a finals performance in the 100 butterfly at the 2020 GLIAC Championships. He would have placed 13th with his best time of 50.85.
