TOWSON, Md. – Patrick Boyle has returned for a second stint as an assistant coach of the Towson University men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams, he will also serve as the men’s swimming & diving recruiting coordinator; Head Coach Anthony Bruno announced Monday afternoon.
“I’m incredibly excited to return to Towson and to have the opportunity to work again with Coach Bruno, Coach Petit, and the entire staff,” Boyle stated. “In our conversations, Coach Bruno has shared a powerful vision for the program, and I believe we’re poised to accomplish some amazing things. I’m proud to be part of this journey as we build toward a bright future!”
Boyle has served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for La Salle University since June of 2023. He was the primary coach for the explorer’s distance and IM groups and was responsible for recruiting for the men’s and women’s teams. Pat was a key contributor in all areas of the program and has proven his ability to work with high level athletes. Pat will bring a tremendous amount of energy to our program and will make an immediate impact in our quest for a CAA championship this season.”

For clarification, this is a dig at Towson and an old staff/administration…
#RetrieverNation the superior MD school
…I’m sorry but UMBC is throwing stones at glass houses about schools with coaches who behaved badly?
Being the first to comment under the Bosse article (guy who “left” Towson to go to Niagara) and then immediately taking his job is some nasty work.
They are friends, from Fairfield to Towson
