876 Compete at 2014 Canadian Age Group Championships

876 swimmers from 144 clubs are competing at the Pan Am Pool. Nine of the 10 provinces as well as the Yukon have entries. There is also an international flavour with swimmers from Ireland, Hong Kong, Bermuda and England.

USA Swimming Removes Restrictions Keeping College Swimmers Off Junior National Team

Last season, Tennessee’s Faith Johnson was removed from the Junior National Team roster because she had already completed her freshman year of college. USA Swimming has changed the rules, however, so future “early starters” won’t fall to the same fate.
