Missy Franklin Stars In “Finding Missy” On YouTube (Trailer)

Olympic champion and world record holder Missy Franklin is starring in an original series to be released on GoPro’s YouTube channel this April. Above is the inspirational trailer released by the company, giving us a glimpse into what the 2-part series holds, complete with one-on-one interviews, scenes of Coach Todd Schmitz prompting his superstar alongside the pool, as well as cute cameos by the famous Franklin parents.

“Finding Missy”, aims at giving viewers and up-close and personal look into Franklin’s daily routine, family life, and overall outlook and thoughts on her own remarkable journey. Insight into the 20-year-old’s training in and out of the pool are highlighted in the clip, along with her commentary on sacrifices she’s had to make along the way, giving us a complete ‘guide to Missy’ as she attempts to qualify for her 2nd Olympic team.

Per the GoPro YouTube site, part 1 of the series is set to be released on April 11th, with Part 2 of “Finding Missy” scheduled to premiere on Monday, April 28th.
