The Lynn men swam to a new NCAA record in the men’s 200 medley relay as Maurice Gabrowski, Maxim Tsyfarov, Vitaly Kostin, and Enzo Constable combined for a 1:24.15. That broke the previous record of a 1:24.46 set by UIndy back at the 2024 Division II Championships.

This marks the first ever relay title and first ever NCAA record for the Lynn men, who are notably only in their 7th season ever as a program. Gabrowski made history earlier in the session becoming the first ever man to win an NCAA title for the program as he won the 50 free in a 18.97.

Gabrowski led off in a 20.99 to get them under the record from the start. He notably is the top seed in the 100 back later this week and his split tonight was the fastest of the field by 0.44 seconds.

The Lynn men are the #3 seed in the 400 medley relay later this week. Despite it only being their 7th season as a program, the team sits in 8th place heading into day 3.
