Lilly King Getting Used to the Pain of a 200 Breast

2023 PRO SWIM SERIES – WESTMONT

Lilly King is slowly but surely getting more accustomed to the pain that inherently accompanies a 200 LCM breaststroke. After missing the medal podium at the world champs last year for the first time at a major international meet since 2015, King stormed back in the 200 to take gold.

Ever since, her confidence in the event is growing, shown last night in Westmont as she took the win convincingly in 2:23.68, over a second clear of 2nd place.
