It’s funny that as age groupers, we swim 2-4 races per day per meet, whereas doing a double as a pro swimmer is a huge deal 😂

I disagree. We see pros (and college swimmers) doing individual events and relays in the same session plenty of times at championship meets.

What a wild comment. It’s SO much harder on your body at this age (college and up) vs an age grouper. Yes we see them do it, but it is a bigger deal and takes some strategy and preparation.

What I would expect:

Day 1: 50 Fly, Mixed Relay maybe
so many factors could impact this relay (how Torri and Kate are looking, how the men’s Back and Breast are looking, etc.)

Day 2: 100 Breast and 100 Free in the morning but only 100 Breast at night?
Put up a good time in 100 Free in the morning to get on the relay the next night but focus on 100 Breast for Finals? They’re back-to-back (with just Men’s 100 Breast in-between) so would be a tough finals double, but if she makes both A finals then it could be tough to say no to.

jk. Regan would also have the 200 Back on Day 3. Still don’t know if Kate would swim 100 Fly though.
