Junior Nats Finalist Megan Bull Commits To William & Mary

Bull is a versatile swimmer, with event programs that usually include breaststroke, IM, and middle distance free races. Last season, she was a championship finalist at the 2015 Speedo Winter Junior Nationals (East). There, she finished 8th in the 200 breast with a personal best 2:14.58. She also swam best times in the 200 free (1:50.04), 500 free (4:51.54), and 400 IM (4:19.27) at that meet.

She then went on to make the championship final in multiple events at YMCA Nationals in both the short course and long course meets. During the yards season, she placed 5th in the 200 breast and 6th in the 400 IM. At the long course version of the meet, she was 2nd in the 200 IM and 6th in the 400 free.

Bull’s Top Times:

Event Best time
200 IM 2:02.85
400 IM 4:19.27
100 free 51.55
200 free 1:50.04
500 free 4:51.54
1650 free 17:01.93
200 breast 2:14.58

Bull’s best times in the 200 IM, 400 IM, and 500 free are already fast enough to have medaled at the 2016 CAA Championships. She also has best times that would’ve landed her in the A-final in the 200 breast, 200 free, and 1650 free.
