Russia’s Kliment Kolesnikov swam 1:55.49 in the 200 back yesterday at Russian Nationals for a new junior world record. The time was fast enough to land him a slot on the Russian Worlds team.
Shortly after hitting a qualifying mark in the 50 back semis, Evgeny Rylov cranked out the fastest 200 back in the world this year, winning with a 1:53.81.
