The month of March picks up the pace in terms of high-level international meets with swimmers vying for opportunities to not only sharpen up their in-season racing but also for the chance to potentially clock qualifying times for this year’s Commonwealth Games and Asian Games.
The Pro Swim Series kicks off in Westmont while Australia has multiple championship events on their nation’s calendar.
Asia is going full-throttle, with Korea, China and Japan each hosting its elite competitions meet this month. As a reminder, Multiple Americans to the tune of Regan Smith and Jack Alexy are headed to China for their first time.
As always, let me know in the comments of any meets I may have inadvertently missed.

Edinburgh International start lists are pretty expected, though the notable thing is that its Peatys first LCM meet since Paris.
You could at least list current names of entries into China Open. Alexa and Smith are great, but Douglas and both Gretchen and Alex Walsh carry as much cache.
you could at least read the other articles about the meet that have done that

The start list for the NSW state open (6-8 march) has been publishes including some notable names:
Mckeown, A.Perkins, Ramsay, Forrester, Wunsh, Fredericks, Jansen, Toohey, Webb, De Lutiis, H.Allan, Stubbletty- Cook, Clareburt, Petric, J.Jack, Taylor, Cooper
Vast majority of relevant Aussies seem to be doing either NSW Open or China. I don’t know if the Brisbane meet has an entry list yet? But Rackley (eg Short and Harris) aren’t entered in either NSW or China and they’re based in Brisbane so maybe they’re doing that? Hope to see some good swims!
They are going to flagstaff on another training camp
Rackley do often do Bris Metros
and Henry Allan will scratch the 100 back again? LOL
He’s done it like, 2 or 3 times. Uncalled for
lets see if he actually swims it… otherwise “i called it”
Swimming is an odd sport where people are happy for swimmers not to race/compete on a regular basis but to see them train 98% only to show up at the big events… how do athletes expect to earn money from the sport if they dont show themselves to the public competing regularly
