The NCAA Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Rules Subcommittees are groups that oversee the rules and governance within the sport, including rule changes, championship operations, and conduct, ultimately reporting to higher-level bodies within the NCAA.
Division I Swimming and Diving has its own Rules Subcommittee, while Divisions II and III have a shared committee.
There are 13 NCAA rules committees, with hockey, soccer, and track being the other three committees that oversee both men’s and women’s sports.
The Division I committee has 10 members, six of whom serve as voting members.
