FORT WORTH — TCU’s swimming and diving teams bested the University of the Incarnate Word in its third dual meet of the season. The men won, 159-135, while the women claimed a 166-134 victory.

NCAA Zone Cuts

H. Ruvalcaba Cruz dominated the men’s 200 butterfly, 500 freestyle and 400 IM to finish with times of 1:48.50, 4:34.02 and 3:55.84. Younger siblings F. Ruvalcaba Cruz and M. Using this as fuel to get back on top, Straszacker came out hard in the women’s 200 backstroke to finish first by .01 with a finals time of 2:04. 07.
