3 Day AquaSpire Development – Intermediate Camp

Recommended for beginner-intermediate level swimmers. 24 swimmers max.

This 3-day day camp is designed for swimmers with prior experience or swim team participation. The program focuses on building strong fundamentals in stroke technique and efficiency, along with starts and turns, and gradually applying these skills in a race setting.

Each day includes structured workouts to develop endurance while reinforcing the technical concepts being taught. Above all, the camp creates a fun, engaging environment where swimmers can grow their skills and build confidence in their competitive abilities.

Additional Information

  • This is a day camp. Lunch included on Saturday & Sunday. Bring Snacks for all days, though there will be snacks provided for the campers on each day.

Recommended for Advanced-Elite level swimmers looking to take the next step in their speed training. 24 swimmers max.

This 3-day camp is designed for club-level, high school, and aspiring collegiate swimmers looking to elevate their performance. This high-intensity experience focuses on refining every detail—from stroke technique and race pacing to mental preparation and resilience. Led by elite coaches and guest athletes, the camp offers a glimpse into collegiate-level training through performance workshops, guest speakers, and leadership development, all aimed at preparing swimmers to compete at the highest levels.

July 17th – 19th, 2026
