Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with swim team practices and meets
• Providing instruction focused on technique, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Organizing and running productive workouts under the direction of the Head Coaches
• Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will have:
• A background in competitive swimming and previous coaching or teaching experience
• Expertise in swimming technique and the ability to effectively teach it
• A positive attitude and strong desire to work with young athletes
• Strong communication skills to interact with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches
