24.36 in her first race after giving birth… Let’s save Sarah the burden of traveling to Los Angeles in 2028 and just hand her the 50 free gold medal now instead.
Even though Brooks won by almost a second, I thought it looked like he had a bigger lead than that. I could drop another couple of tenths if he can hold on a little better the last 3-5 meters or a better timed finish.
Wonder what his focus at the end of season will be (what meet).

Yep, the top four in the women’s 400 all train together in Madgeburg.

Looked really good! I wonder what his breathing pattern was on the way back? Looked like every four on the way out.
Fantastic head position – didn’t look like he even took a breath on the way back (since he was breathing opposite of the camera).
My thought exactly…. I suspect he maintained the same pattern coming home. It is up there with the smoothest breathing I’ve seen someone do.
