Harp has swum for the Coast Guard Blue Dolphins for the past ten years. He recently swam his best SCY 50/100 free times at the Chambersburg Sectionals, where he placed second in the 50 free and seventh in the 100.

I’m being recruited as a sprint freestyler. My parents have been by my side since I started swimming for the Y when I was 7 and have always been there for me. My coaches have trained me, set high expectations for me, and have always encouraged me to do my best.”
