Swim Job: COOL Swim Team seeks Site Swim Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cool Swim TeamThe COOL (City Of Olathe Lightning) Swim Team is seeking friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working site coaches for a family-friendly, competitive year-round swim club located in Olathe, KS. With over 175 year-round swimmers, COOL is developing a well rounded club of swimmers ranging from entry level to national development competitors.

A level three USA swim club, we are committed to growth, development, and excellence for both our athletes and our coaches.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for site coach roles must have a minimum of two years coaching experience and show an ability to lead other coaches as well as manage a practice location. ASCA certification, as well as current CPR, first aid, safety training, and customary coaching certifications are required.

The City Of Olathe Lightning (COOL) Swim Team is a year-round USA Swimming competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching, technique instruction, and stroke development for young athletes of all ages and abilities. We are a not for-profit organization run by a volunteer parent Board of Directors as well as by the support and contributions of all team parents.

COOL swimmers, coaches, and parents work hard but have time for fun too! Team parties, family picnics, and special holiday practices throughout the year create a family-focused atmosphere unsurpassed by any other team in the area. Swimmers, parents, and siblings enjoy the camraderie and good times that come with the whole family being involved with the team.
