Yoga for Swimmers (Video): A Short Sequence to Improve Your Freestyle

This 10 minute video takes you through a short yoga sequence designed to increase the strength of the rotator cuff muscles, develop scapular control, challenge your core through balance and gain a greater sense of cross body connection by using opposite arm and leg extensions.
