Night two of the 2022 Georgia Fall Invite featured finals of the 200 medley relay, 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 free, 100 breast, 100 back, and 800 free relay. All videos in this article come from Georgia Swimming’s YouTube channel.

Men’s 100 Fly – ‘A’ Final

PODIUM:

  1. Josh Liendo, Florida – 45.79
  2. Nate Stoffle, Auburn – 46.22
  3. Adrian Aguilar, Florida State – 46.54

After swimming butterfly on Florida’s winning 200 medley relay, Liendo swam his second lifetime best individual 100 fly time of the day. In prelims, he lowered his best time to 46.01, a mark which he crushed in finals with a 45.79. He split the race 21.25/24.54 to hit the wall as the only swimmer under 46.00. Auburn’s Nate Stoffle came within .04 of his best time (which he also set in prelims) to secure second place while FSU’s Adrian Aguilar snagged 3rd place. This was a big swim for Aguilar who had not broken 47.00 in the 100 fly before this meet.
