WATCH: A Day in the Life of Olympic Champ Adam Peaty

Great Britain’s Olympic champion and World Record holder Adam Peaty took the time to make a video, giving his fans some insight into what a typical day in his life entails. Check out the video below courtesy of Loughborough University’s YouTube channel.

Last summer at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, Peaty became the Olympic champion in the 100 breast, smashing to World Record and dominating the field in the process. He also posted the fastest 100 breast split of all time to earn a silver medal as a member of Great Britain’s 400 medley relay.

In addition to being the Olympic champion, Peaty is the defending World Champion in the 50 breast and 100 breast. He holds the World Records in both sprint breaststroke races. Peaty is the only man to have ever broken 58 seconds in the long course 100 meter breast, boasting a personal best 57.13 from the Olympic final. That was the 4th time he had broken the 58-second barrier in his career.

Peaty is slated to compete in the upcoming British National Championships. Competition kicks off on Tuesday, April 18th at the Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.
