Over the holiday break, Commonwealth Swimming, based out of Boston, Massachusetts traveled to Wesleyan University in Connecticut for their winter training trip.
The teams swimmers, Rick Ono and Andrew Lapin compiled memories from their trip, ranging from cooking dinner as a team and their annual set, to team meals and activities.
The clubs next meet comes on January 12-16 at the SwimMAC Novant Health Invitational in North Carolina.
