VIDEO: Greg Meehan Mic’d Up

Stanford women’s swimming head coach Greg Meehan is one of the hottest coaches in the country right now – he’s brought in one of the top recruiting classes in the country, freshman Simone Manuel broke the American Record in the 100 free, and his team is swimming as well as any in the country.

Above, watch a video of Meehan mic’d up at a meet as he discusses his coaching philosophy and a subject that seems to echo across the great coaches of every sport: consistency. That means both consistency of message and focus along with never letting emotions run too high or too low.
