Taylor Ruck Sees Success in Sacramento with Sprint Free/Fly Lineup, Posts Four Top-2 Finishes

Having competed on the international stage for nearly a decade, Canadian Taylor Ruck used to be known for her mid-distance freestyle and backstroke prowess. But as of late, she has switched her focus to sprint free and fly and has seen success with this lineup, most recently as the pro swim in Sacramento. Ruck posted a top-2 finish in the 50/100 Free and Fly in California, highlighted by a win out of lane 8 in the 100 free, touching at 53.90.

Trials in June I believe but she mentioned Pan Pacs and the two meets are close together.
