Tancock, Halsall head up English Commonwealth Games roster of 39

England has announced its official roster for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland this July, a 39-swimmer group led by returning Commonwealth Games medalists Liam Tancock and Francesca Halsall.
