Rising sprint star Cameron McEvoy swam in the men’s 100m freestyle only to take second to Tommaso D’Orsogna. D’Orsogna and McEvoy turned together however on the final 50 D’Orsogna created the slightest of leads to win 49.11 to 49.21.

Multiple Swimmers Grab Trials Cuts At Winter Junior Nationals Long Course Time Trials
Stanzi Moseley swam two very good races in the 50 and 100m freestyles. The 100 was the more impressive of the two swims, earning her a 2016 Olympic Trials cut. Her time of 56.49 did the trick, although it was well off her seed time of 55.03.
