Notre Dame will add Connecticut swimmer Alyssa Storino to their 2014 National Letter of Intent signing class. Storino swims for the Wilton Y Wahoos, run by Head Coach Randy Erlenbach.
Storino has best times of 1:04.14/2:16.45 in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes and 2:08.03/4:29.66 in the 200 and 400 IM’s. She is also a winter and summer Junior National qualifier.
Her 100 and 200 breaststroke times would have put her in the top-16 at last years Big East Championship, behind 4 other Irish swimmers.
Storino swam high school her freshman and sophomore years at Trumbull High School. As a sophomore, she was the Class LL State Champion and the State Open Runner-Up in 100 breaststroke.
